Mayor Bloomberg "No Prayer On 9/11" What About Hurricane Irene?

September 24, 2001 The Hartford Courant headline read: CHORUS OF PRAYER IN NEW YORK - THOUSANDS CONVERGE ON YANKEE STADIUM FOR AN EMOTIONAL INTERFAITH SERVICE; TERROR IN AMERICA: SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS

Just two weeks after the deadly attack on the Twin Towers, as I remember, there were people of all faiths and political stripe praying, crying, remembering, and trying to disremember the most devastating attack by an enemy on the shores of the continental United States.

The prayerful patriotism soon wore off shortly after President Bush invaded Iraq. W Bush became the liberal media's chief enemy - over and above the insatiable Islamic terrorists - and even more so after it was discovered that then President Bush could not only not stop Hurricane Katrina, he also was powerless in forcing the inhabitants of New Orleans to evacuate, antediluvian.

Now we have Mayor Michael Bloomberg and other east coasters facing another monstrous Hurricane Irene, and they better get it right or they will be so viciously attacked by the mainstream media for ill-preparedness as Bush was. No, they won't. Bloomberg could mess it up royal, yet he will not suffer the wrath of cable or network news folk, especially not Bloomberg News Inc.

Michael Bloomberg has unfortunately announced that, "There will be no prayer" at the 9/11 Memorial scheduled in New York on September 11. You see, Mike Bloomberg is quite wealthy, not that there is anything wrong with that, but typically it is harder with such wealth to enter the kingdom of heaven. But, why should that matter when you have the Keys to The City of New York and more money than you know what to do with - but not more than God.

Bloomberg, like many raised in the traditionally conservative Jewish tradition, became uber wealthy, and then, very lib. He is a fine business and city manager, although a bit on the authoritarian side. He is pro abortion, pro gay marriage, and anti gun. Bloomberg is sort of an Anti- Perry in many ways. He has been very charitable with the billions he has made over the years (one of the few people to make huge profits during the 2008 collapse) and worked his way up from parking lot attendance, which financed his college education. He has some conservative attributes, and he believes in himself, so much, that he engineered the legislation that permitted him to run for an unprecedented (unlawful) third term as mayor of New York.

So, has Bloomberg gained the world and lost his soul? I am not to judge, for Bloomberg has reluctantly confessed in very general terms as being sort of associated with Reform Judaism which believes the Old Testament and Torah are pretty much irrelevant. I would think that Bloomberg does have a religious edge over George Soros who has been quoted as saying he is god, as well as the world's richest atheist, Warren Buffet. "If you do not believe Moses, then you will not believe Me." Paraphrased.

It doesn't matter what Michael Bloomberg has been, but will he come to a place where he realizes that he, as well we, as a group, should not be ashamed to identify ourselves as people in need of the mighty arm of the Lord in times of trouble?

As Hurricane Irene bears down on New York City, maybe Mayor Mike and other Eastern Seaboard Intellectuals will reconsider their proud disassociation from God, and allow for some sort of recognition of the Most High this coming September 11.

Public Unions Vs. Private Unions. John Kasich's Olive Branch

Kasich's Olive Branch
Governor John Kasich reached out to Ohio public employee unions to renegotiate collective bargaining policy in which Ohio Senate Bill 5, passed by the Ohio legislature, would give the Governor more leverage than the public unions in deciding how much the state can afford to pay state workers in terms of benefits like pensions and health care.

The unions will have none of it, and are going for an "all or nothing" approach to defeat Senate Bill 5. My comment to the local lib newspaper, which is heavily in favor of higher taxation and the pacifying of all union demands:

Governor John Kasich offered an olive branch to the public employee union, and it was promptly chewed up and spit back at him. The union leaders, in effect, said it was too little, too late. I am not one that makes such claims that unions are unnecessary and are relics from a bygone era.

It is clear that Ohio, one of the largest union, or "no right to work," states, has been handicapped in its ability to promote new and profitable businesses in the state, because of the demand on tax payers to pay government employees all that they would wish. And, there is a difference between types of unions. Private business unions must fight in negotiations for benefits, and hope that the company profit be sufficient enough to pay the demands of labor. Public employee unions have no stake in the success of their government operations, but are guaranteed their wages and benefits from the state, which pays them from taxes which are paid by the public so as to avoid jail - at the point of a gun.

Non union Ohio citizens, as well as private business unions, should realize that when a dollar is taken out out of the private sector, and placed in the public sector, it is money diverted from use by the private sector, and therefore,it is money diverted from private union employee pay and benefits, as well.

We need public employee unions, but we just cannot afford to pay them all that they want. If union members, both private and public, boast of having solidarity, then why won't any union members take cuts in pay so that their fellow members can keep their jobs?

White Driver Is Kidnapped - To Prove He's Not A Racist

The original story went something like this in the Akron Beacon Journal, "Man begs boy pumping gas for ride because, "My car is broken down." The story goes on to explain that, "The man then demanded at gunpoint that the younger man give him money, his Ipod, and to take him to other destinations, forcing him to buy cigarettes and chicken wings ."

The rest of the story, which could not be printed in the PC paper known for its diversity, IE., they are reluctant to air the dirt laundry of the sizable ethnic community, IE., they refuse to shame criminals among the black community, because of the indignation it causes, went more like thus: A black man at an Akron area gas station bluntly asked a younger white male high school student if he was a racist. The startled boy said no, as he continued pumping gasoline into his car. The black man then asked him if he would give him a ride because his "car was broken down, down the street." The boy replied back, no.

The black man continued to insinuate that the white boy was indeed a racist - until the younger man conceded and offered to give the man a ride to his "broken down car, down the street." The black man, of course, had no car, but actually needed cigarettes, money, and chicken wings, which he forced the kid to deliver to him at gunpoint. After getting the cigarettes, money, and chicken wings, the kid had to also surrender his Iphone, after which, the well fed, and somewhat richer black man, went on his way. Shortly thereafter, the black man was found by the police (Iphone tracking) and was incarcerated the same day.

One story goes, that the young man went down to the police station to identify the perpetrator, who still had the Iphone in his pocket. Slam dunk. He will be getting 10 years, divided by two, probably, so that he will spend maybe 5 years in the klink for armed robbery and kidnapping.

The larger story here is that the libs have so shamed usually right-minded people into doing things - like electing President Obama to President of the U.S.A - just to prove that they are not racist.

During the presidential campaign of 2008, I remember many libs calling into the local talk station, hosted by the great Howie Chizec on WNIR.COM, and bragging how unprejudiced they were - because they were voting for a black president. Its as if nothing else mattered, including, especially, qualifications for the world's top job.

Oh, how the white lib callers prided themselves in taunting those of us who would not consider BHO for such a job. We were racists and bigots, they intimated and intimidated over and over.

BTW, I don't hear so much from the pro Barack people anymore calling into the radio station. That "Obama money" hasn't come through as promised.

This same wedge of "white guilt" has turned into a wedge of "hetero guilt," for those people who refuse to award gay couples with the honor of earning the status of Holy Matrimony between themselves.

I'm seeing loads of conservatives, wanting to prove their humanity by not discriminating between what the Bible calls sodomy, and what is holy. Fox news is leading the charge in showing its lack of honor, consecration, and holiness for man and woman relationships.

The very nasty Fox Redeye program, which regularly features gay advocate Anne Coulter, is most persuasive in its steering of straight America into the depths of Gomorrah. The conservative host commonly employs homo erotic humor throughout the show which is mainly seen by conservatives. They use that "shaming" technique mentioned in the first part of this story, in order drive America to love, not only the sinner, but also the sin.

Be on the lookout for libs and wishy-washy conservatives in name only (CINOS) to be be playing upon our hearts, utilizing not only the R - Racist Card, but also the H - Homophobia Card. These same conservatives, like Meghan McCain, ridicule conservatives who believe that gayness is a choice that can be altered. I mean if gender is a choice, according to psychologists, then why not choose again? Former Baptist Pastor Huckabee seems to be also among those who would want to advance gay rights.

They are already tearing Michelle Bachmann to shreds for her valued morality, but also her hubby who urges gays to go straight, ne Pray The Gay Away. I've have seen it, and I have worked with former gays who now are ministers with wives and children.

Years ago they promised that they discovered the gay gene. They are still looking.
